Fixed an issue for Redshift as a target, where with parallel-load set to type=partitions-auto, parallel segments were writing bulk CSV files to the same table directory and interfering with each other.

One of the important features in GRUB is flexibility; GRUB understandsfilesystems and kernel executable formats, so you can load an arbitraryoperating system the way you like, without recording the physicalposition of your kernel on the disk. Thus you can load the kerneljust by specifying its file name and the drive and partition where thekernel resides.
When booting with GRUB, you can use either a command-line interface(see Command-line interface), or a menu interface (see Menu interface). Using the command-line interface, you type the drivespecification and file name of the kernel manually. In the menuinterface, you just select an OS using the arrow keys. The menu isbased on a configuration file which you prepare beforehand(see Configuration). While in the menu, you can switch to thecommand-line mode, and vice-versa. You can even edit menu entriesbefore using them.
The list of commands (see Commands) are a subset of those supportedfor configuration files. Editing commands closely resembles the Bashcommand-line (see Command Line Editing in Bash Features), with TAB-completion of commands,devices, partitions, and files in a directory depending on context.

Some newer systems use the GUID Partition Table (GPT) format. This wasspecified as part of the Extensible Firmware Interface (EFI), but it canalso be used on BIOS platforms if system software supports it; for example,GRUB and GNU/Linux can be used in this configuration. With this format, itis possible to reserve a whole partition for GRUB, called the BIOS BootPartition. GRUB can then be embedded into that partition without the riskof being overwritten by other software and without being contained in afilesystem which might move its blocks around.
First create a separate GRUB partition, big enough to hold GRUB. Disks using the GUID Partition Table (GPT) also have a legacy Master BootRecord (MBR) partition table for compatibility with the BIOS and with olderoperating systems. The legacy MBR can only represent a limited subset ofGPT partition entries.

By default on x86 BIOS systems, grub-install will use someextra space in the bootloader embedding area for Reed-Solomonerror-correcting codes. This enables GRUB to still boot successfullyif some blocks are corrupted. The exact amount of protection offeredis dependent on available space in the embedding area. R sectors ofredundancy can tolerate up to R/2 corrupted sectors. Thisredundancy may be cumbersome if attempting to cryptographicallyvalidate the contents of the bootloader embedding area, or in moremodern systems with GPT-style partition tables (see BIOS installation) where GRUB does not reside in any unpartitioned spaceoutside of the MBR. Disable the Reed-Solomon codes with this option.
